The hotel is situated on the VIP Road connecting main Chandigarh city to Zirakpur, offering a great location away from the city's hustle. The rooms were luxurious and beautiful, providing an excellent, comfortable, and clean stay. However, there were instances of rudeness, especially with Adiraj. The dining experience was good, although service was delayed. The location is convenient, being close to the airport and major attractions within a half-hour radius.
I had a mixed experience at the hotel. The location was practical, close to the airport, but the service had its ups and downs. The rooms were clean and spacious, but the dining options were limited. Overall, a decent stay with room for improvement.
The hotel is located in a practical area close to Chandigarh, just a 20-minute drive from the airport. The staff is very cooperative and provides excellent service, making it worth the money. However, the rooms, especially in the business suite, were not allotted until 4 PM, later than the standard 2 PM check-in time, and were dirty and not suitable for a comfortable stay.
The hotel offers spacious rooms, but the breakfast and lunch buffets were below average.
The hotel rooms were very clean, and the buffet was good, although the service was quite delayed. The housekeeping staff, especially Kawaljeet, were extremely attentive despite having limited staff. The location was excellent, very well mannered, and truly helpful. The dining experience was superb, offering a variety of Indian, European, and American options, smoothies were also available.
